1. This is Kehlani's highly anticipated debut album. Which came out about a 2 month a go (i know, i'm late). Anyway at the tender age of 21 Kewhlani really shows what she's about on this album, a strong, confident, sexy woman. Compared to her last grammy nominated mixtape 'you should be here', this album has thrown Kehlani into a higher successful spot.
2. The album's name has everything to do with the music on it. Some songs are Sweet,some are sexy and some are just plain savage. Borrowing 80s R&B,vocal harmonies of the 90s, it's truly an homage to some great music from those decades.
3. In her track 'undercover' Kehlani partially interpolates the chorus from Akon's famous 2006 hit 'Don't Matter'. It's a song about not caring what other people have to say about her relationships. Stating 'one way or another, i'ma love you'. It's one of the many fun songs on this album.
4. Every song is a hit. There are no fillers. There's nothing better than listening to an entire album without skipping a song. Especially when they're also telling a story and you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. Also every single song has an incredible beat and vibe to it.
5. Kehlani can SING and you're missing out on some incredible stuff. If you haven't heard it, here are 3 track that I recommend you listen to from the album.
