Wasted Youth tells the story of being young and alive, not having a care in the world and falling in love. It’s such an empowering video seeing two queer women finding love and showing that it’s a very normal and natural thing to happen regardless of the gender.
Most LGBTQ+ stories that are portrayed in the media always seem to end in a tragedy or rejection. Fletcher shows just how wonderful a relationship can be without oversexualising two women.
